The software installation should be complete before moving on to the next steps.  During the installation, you may be asked to reboot your computer.  Be sure to do that before proceeding with any more steps.   If you did not receive a Cinergy CD-ROM, or have not yet downloaded the trial version, get it here.

Click on the Register button.  (Note: If this screen does not appear, you may already have at least one module of Cinergy registered on your computer.  If you are trying to register additional modules on the same computer, click Special > Register Cinergy Modules from the main Cinergy toolbar and proceed to the next step.)

Select "Step 1" of the registration process, and then click the NEXT button.
This will begin guiding you through the registration process.

Be sure to list a valid email address, and the serial numbers from your box.  If you didn't receive a box, be sure to select the Electronic (Boxless) purchase option.  In either case, a serial number, receipt number, or explanation for the serial number request must be entered into the last box. 

The numbers emailed to you may sometimes be different from those you received in your software box.  If this occurs, be sure to use the numbers that were emailed to you.  The newer numbers sent via email will supercede any numbers in your software box.

Important: The registration codes you receive will only be valid on the particular computer you registered.  If you need to use your second install to register your software on another computer, you must perform the registration process on that other computer too, and you will receive a different set of registration codes for the second computer.
